Return and Exchange

Return

You have the right to return any product that you have purchased from our website in fifteen (15) days after delivery and get your money back, without any damage to the product, its package, and without using it. If the product is used or damaged the return or exchange is not possible.

In the process of return and exchange, you should send the form you filled and signed. Click here to reach the form. Before you return your purchase within the specified time, you should send an e-mail that contains invoice number and order number. You have to explain the reason why you want to return the product. After receiving the e-mail, we will inform you about how and where you can return the product.

After we took your information, you can return the product by Yurtiçi Cargo with its original package. Returns sent via other delivery companies will not be accepted.

** Only valid for Turkish orders. International orders can be sent with any cargo company by the customer. Return and exchange shipping fees for orders belongs to the customer.

You have to inform us about the tracking number details.

If you think the cargo company damaged your package, check the package near the courier officer and make the courier officer report. Please do not receive the damaged package. When you receive your package without checking, you are deemed to have accepted that the courier officer discharged his/her task completely and you cannot make a claim in this order any more.

If the product that we shipped to you is used or the original package is opened, the return is not accepted.

Exchange

You have the right to change the product(s) that you have purchased from our website in thirty (30) days after delivery without any damage to the product and without using it. If the product is used or damaged, unfortunately, the exchange is not possible. You can make an exchange with another product of the same price or with another size of the same product.

The exchange operation is done with Yurtiçi Cargo with the codes below.

If you encounter a problem with the products in your order that you think is not of consumer origin, you can send the product to us with the invoice.

The review process regarding your product that reaches us is completed within 21 days at the latest and you will be informed.

In the event that a production-related problem is encountered as a result of the review, you will be refunded or if you wish, your product will be exchanged. In case of a user-related problem, your product will be sent to your address via Yurtiçi Cargo .
