Returns and Exchanges

Return


You have the right to return any product that you have purchased from our website in fourteen (14 ) working days after delivery and get your money back, without any damage to the product, its package and without using it. If the product is used or damaged the return or exchange is not possible.

 

Before you return your purchase within the specified time, you should send an e-mail which contains invoice number and order number. You have to explain the reason why you want to return the product. After receiving the e-mail, we will inform you about how and where you can return the product.

 

After we took your information, you can return the product by Yurtiçi Kargo, UPS Kargo and MNG Kargo with its original package. The return operation is done with Yurtiçi Kargo, UPS Kargo and MNG Kargo. The return sent with other delivery companies are not accepted. Please inform Yurtiçi Kargo, UPS Kargo and MNG Kargo that the delivery will be done with the code  Yurtiçi Kargo: 385318161   Ups Kargo:61171E MNG Kargo:286867347 in order not to pay any cost.  You have to inform us about the tracking number details.

 

If you think that there is a damage to your package which arises from the courier company, check the package near the courier officer and make the courier officer report.  Please do not receive the damaged package. When you receive your package without checking, you are deemed to have accepted that the courier officer discharged his/her task completely and you cannot make a claim in this order any more.


If the product that we shipped to you is used or original package is opened, the return is not accepted.



Exchange


You have the right to exchange any product that you have purchased from our website, without opening the package, without any damage to the product and its package in thirty (30) days after delivery. You will not pay any delivery cost by taking into consideration the following steps: 

 

The exchange operation is done with Yurtiçi Kargo, Ups Kargo and MNG Kargo. The exchanges sent with other delivery companies are not accepted. Please inform Yurtiçi Kargo, UPS Kargo and MNG Kargo that the delivery will be done with the code  Yurtiçi Kargo: 385318161  Ups Kargo:61171E MNG Kargo:286867347 in order not to pay any cost. 

 

Please send the product you want to exchange to our address mentioned in Contact Us page. 

 

Please mention in a note the items you want to buy instead and put the note into the box. Do not forget to put the invoice in the box as well. 



Cancellation Conditions


You can request to cancel your order before shipping. If your purchase is shipped, you can not cancel your order. After receiving your package you can return by using your right of withdrawal.

 

If you want to cancel your order, you have to inform us and state your order details by contacting us via e-mail from the address info@dogostore.com.
