To what you should be paying attention to delivery?
Please open your package near the courier officer and control that it is damaged or not. If there is any problem with your order, please make the courier officer report and do not receive the package. If the courier officer does not let you control your package, please call the number +90 850 277 36 46 or +90 232 431 05 31 to contact us. If you have chosen pay at the door option, please control your package that it is damaged or not before you pay. Otherwise, Dogostore will not be responsible for any damages.

Yurtiçi Kargo, UPS Kargo and MNG Kargo deliver your order.
Which cities do you ship?
Except for Cyprus, we ship every city of Turkey. If there is not courier office in your city, your order delivers in determined days of the week.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I place my order internationally and ship it within Turkey? Can I place an order from Turkey and ship it to abroad?
You can place an order from all around the world and it can be shipped to Turkey. Orders placed in Turkey can only be shipped within Turkey.
What about shipping charges and how can I pay?
The shipping cost is added your order amount at the payment page. You do not pay any other shipping cost.
- Payment by credit card / Money order or EFT: It varies between 7 TL / 10 TL
- On deliveries “Pay at the door cash or credit card” you will pay extra 5,00 TL as handling fee added to shipment fee. Please be sure that you entered the same address on Billing and Delivery addresses.
When will I receive my order?
The purchases which were ordered after 2 p.m. on weekdays are put into process following day and the purchases which were ordered on Friday after 1.30 p.m. are put into the process on Monday. Your orders are shipped within 7-10 working days. Delivery time is variable in wars, natural disasters, fires, terrors and such extraordinary situations. Your order will be shipped to the address you stated during your order. The most important factor that causes delays in delivery is the wrongs on your shipment address. Please make sure that you stated your address correctly.
What will I do when a delay occurs during delivery?
If your order has not been submitted to the courier company within 7 to 10 business days, please send an e-mail to email@example.com which includes your name and order number. We will respond you as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of any further questions.
What happens if nobody is there to receive my package?
The courier officer will leave you a form which includes the telephone number of courier office. You should call that number and get information within 3 days about your package.
What happens if I encounter a problem which arises from delivery?
Please confirm that your package is damaged or not near the courier officer. Please note that when you receive your package without checking, you are deemed to have accepted that the courier officer discharged his/her task completely. If there is a problem with your order, please make the courier officer report and do not receive the package. As soon as we are informed regarding the damaged package, the new product will be shipped to your address.
What should I do if my bill does not receive me with my order?
Your bill is shipped with your order. If your bill is missing in the package, please contact us via e-mail.
